Did Dan Rather start working for ABC?
What we need is the transcripts in the original language and someone who can provide a word for word translation to verify what side is correct without question.

Agreed 1,000%. I'm sick of the Antique Media "interpreting" facts for us poor, dumb unwashed masses.

Well, the ABC "translation" seems similar to the ones Loftus was releasing, IIRC.
BTW, was this around the time of OKC?

"What we need is the transcripts in the original language and someone who can provide a word for word translation to verify what side is correct without question." Even that is not enough, we need someone that understands the nuances of the speech, the slang, the intent of what was said. You can read a sentence, but not the WAY it was said. I bet ABC did this, a strait translation onto paper, but only the translator himself understands which way the words should used.

Did Dan Rather start working for ABC? No need. ABC has their own disinformation division.
