"Polticial party? How so? Under what criteria?"

A political party has an agenda that it proposes to place on the American people. Democrat, Republican, Communist, Socialist, etc. The NRA is not allowed to collect money tax exempt nor can their donors take it off of their income tax. They support the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution. But the ACLU, which was formed for the covert destruction of the United States, has an agenda to destroy the family and values of the United States. They have been trying to advance this agenda for years and since they cannot get the elected representatives to pass law they have gone to their friends in the court system to illegally pass laws that support their agenda. They are anti-American scum and should not be allowed to destroy our country with tax free dollars nor with court awarded tax payer money.

Could not agree more.

I'd like nothing more than to see this accomplished....however, this has to do with non-profit tax status rather than political party status. FWIW, the USSC has continually upheld our Nation's two-party system.
