Well, he could probably use it. Begala looks like death warmed over, and Whittington's blood would certainly be an improvement of what is presently flowing through his body. Whittington is pure class, and you surely can't say that about Paul Begala.
Well...not in the sense of a compliment. Now if we were talking about scumbags, I would say Begala fits that class quite well.
