democratic government elected in Iraq, larger voter turnout than we've ever seen in America
consumer confidence skyrocketing
Dow Jones back above 11,000
Unemployment at 4.7 % and falling
Steady economic growth rate of over 3 %/year
Historically low interest rates
Inflation at about 2 %
Yep, VERY bad news all over.
