Byron York says it's interesting the first thing he did was come out and thank the press. I prefer the freeper's theory upthread that it was a classy way to let them know they got a lot wrong.
btw, whoever said the bruising on his face was 'significant' must have never seen real bruising.
And when you factor in his age, and the tendency to bruise more when you're older, he looks remarkably good.
