Yes, although I'm not paranoid, the news for all red blooded Americans has been nothing but bad lately.
Please don't forget that even if the patient had died, the RW news media would have found a way to blame Mr. Whittington, Democrats, islamofascists, Saddam Hussein, etc. for everthing that happened in Dead Eye Dick's hunting party a few days ago.
The woman gave him the perfect set-up question to vlast algore and the media for trying to lynch VP.
BUT her statement alone didn't require an answer --- she was that GOOD!

My husband always says to get to the point before I LOSE the point because I tend to tell stories within stories.
I would support her in a heartbeat. I was simply pointing out that she did what the law required of her during the 2000 election. She did not 'help him'; she followed the law and did not twist it in order to favor Bush.
I don't know how he does it. That's probably why I wouldn't be elected to the City Council let alone the Presidency. ;)
