Breaking on Fox.
DUs been assuming (and praying to some Navajo coyote karbala gaia deity, all peace and blessings be upon her) that he's been on death's door all week.
Of course every positive statement about his recovery was accepted as definitive proof that he was moments from death.
I thought this man was supposed to be one hair from death????
They were quail hunting you silly wabbit.
To be honest, my left arm looks worse than that right now......and I fell in January!
I'm sure the left will absolutely pounce on that mistake. Since it's a written statement, I'm surprised no one caught it.
ROTFLMAO!
Harry is one tough old bastard!
God bless him.
He really is. He has a hundred times more class than the MSM.
ROFLMAO!
Conspiracy theorists will love that one. Friday vs. Saturday, when exactly DID Cheney try to kill Harry Whittington??
Yep that's the best line of the statement which was great.
You been taking speed-typing classes? :^)
Dont'cha love that Texas accent of Mr. Whittington's?
LOL! Rush just said that Whittington even invited the Vice-president back for more hunting, "so he could shoot him again"!
So, are we staying on this thread for Cheney's comments?
wow...he mentioned hunting, Texas and God all in the same statement. I bet the President made him do that.
LOL...Fox using the scribbly graphic to point out the bruise, just like Madden does during football games!
He looked great.
Can't wait for the spin from the WH press corps.
Harry is a class act. What a trooper.
No counterpoints can refute the findings. This is a big time loser for democrats and media.
BUT LET THEM RAVE ON!
HARRY WHITTINGTON [John Podhoretz]
The 78 year-old man accidentally shot by Dick Cheney just gave a short little speech outside his hospital. He looks very well, and said everyone who goes hunting takes a risk, that he did so, that it was a very sad and tragic event for his family and for Cheney's. "Accidents do happen," he said. He was moved almost to tears and the whole thing was very moving. Herewith, a warning to my friend Lawrence O'Donnell and others from someone who was in no way an apologist for the vice president this week: It's over now. You will genuinely damage yourselves if you keep going with the conspiracy theories and the slanders.
I hope your arm gets getter soon, Howlin!
I can't wait for the Dumocraps response to this statement.
