My Mom was born & raised in Pennsylvania Dutch country...She introduced those sandwhiches to our home menu.
I like mine with Miracle Whip & pepper...Makes me hungry for some as I type!

You have a twin who had to stay in the hospital? Yep, it probably would have helped.

I like *iced* coffee only if it's frappuccino. :) Also like iced *flavored* teas, but like it hot with just lemon. :)

just finished parking it. :) Good! (It takes a sizable utility room to house *that* thing, doesn't it!)

Well I found this "tea length" red dress, but it's too cold here, 17 degrees outside right now! I would be better off in Mama Bear's fur coat!

I see you have provided some yummy looking tea sandwiches and scones. I love cucumber sandwiches! To me, cucumbers are good *in place of* pickles, but must add alfalfa sprouts, fresh tomatoes, and lots of shaved turkey or ham on wheat or rye bread. :)

The dress will be fine even with 17 degree weather cause it's toasty warm inside - maybe Mama Bear will loan you her fur. :)

Well, I would NEVER turn down a turkey or ham sandwich, especially on rye - with a little provolone cheese, of course. :-)
Okay, now I need to go get something to eat! I think I have some lean Pastrami in the refrigerator. Another one of my favorites! TTYL

Hi, Luvbo - you made it in time for tea - we've been discussing cucumber sandwiches and iced coffee/tea vs. hot. :)

I always prefer hot tea...and it is kind of cold here today, but I'm easy for whatever everyone else likes! :o)

Yes, I like hot pastrami sandwiches a lot, too! Was telling wolfie how I sometimes make them for lunch on Hawaiian Buns (sometimes they're hard to find, so the round loaf will work, just slice it). "Toast/grill" the buns in a little butter in a skillet, heat the pastrami in microwave, then add it, a slice of mozerella or muenster cheese, some sweet pickle relish, and dijonnaise. Heat a little longer until cheese melts. Scrumptious!!!!

Oh my gosh, Billie, now I am REALLY hungry.
BTW, we have a brand here called Kings Hawaiian. They make all sizes and shapes of that yummy slightly sweet Hawaiian bread.
