mmmmmm! Thanks for the thread and recipes. I never could figure out how they got their food to taste so good. When I try it it never comes out the same. Having commercial fryers, that have a large volume of oil and the ability to maintain high cooking temperatures is the reason it is hard to duplicate it at home.
