While I was reading Will's quotes, I was thinking it's almost like he has these phrases roaming around in his mind and he tries to put a story around them.
Very sad.
Will is not a Bush fan, that's OK. But he shoots blanks more often than not.
Never forget that George Will thinks we are all "under taxed." I no longer take Will seriously. About half the time he's completely off base.
