Excuse me, Esther Ruth and I have posted on at least one other thread, on this topic, just today. We were "pinged" to this topic because we were interested. By the way, one of the Senators protesting is Sen. Tom Coburn, R-OK, he is neither a RINO, nor a liberal. There are, I believe, 3 other Republicans who are asking for reconsideration.

I don't know if anyone has answered your question yet, or not, but the affected ports are: New York, Miami, and the other four most important/busiest ports in the U.S. So it is NOT just a small time deal.
