Yep. But, IIRC, that was in regards to he (Pres. Bush) knew about the the first aircraft before he walked into the classroom that morning.
Ann was in the press pool for the President's school visit on Sept 11. At the time she had no clue of what was going on in New York. When she got caught up with the news of what happened, she put two and two together and decided that 'He knew' (about the first plane).

Of course the liberal tin-foilers (shiny side in) quoted it out of context to castigate Bush and the Bush-bots (shiny side out) quoted it to slander Ann Compton.
