Frankfurter was an @55. You DO have the right to so scream; but you also have the expectation of responsibility of any damages and liabilities involved, including various charges. It isn't the speech per se that is limited, but the fact that there are consequences of how & where one speaks.

This whole ugly business is really about anti-Islamism — the modern version of 1930s anti-Semitism

Yes, in 1931, the Jooos commandeered planes and rammed them into the Chrysler building and the Empire State and into the White House. They also had Jooo suicide bombers who attacked the subways. They also had armed Jooos invading schools (like Beslan) and killin' kids. There were Joos on the streets calling out for death to gentiles and stating that there would be peace when the world was converted to Judaism (or killed). Wait, none of those things actually happened. What happened was that the Joos were model citizens, increasing the wealth of their nations and being patriotic (remember that a Jew won the German Iron Cross -- can't remember his name)
