DETROIT -- No charges will be filed against Monica Conyers, a city councilwoman and the wife of Democratic U.S. Rep. John Conyers, in connection with a December bar fight, prosecutors said Wednesday.

Bar fights are hard to prosecute anyway....each participant tells a different story. Getting beyond a reasonable doubt is tough.
Anyway, it was just a little punching and shoving, no real injuries. Routine in Detroit.

Look no one should be arrested for fighting period unless it results in someone being hospitalized for more than 24 hours.
If I open my big mouth and insult you. Then you knock me on my butt. You did not commit a battery in my book until you continue to beat my disabled butt on the ground once it is over.
Jeeze sometimes two guys or girls fighting is just two guys or girls fighting nothing else.
It is not an opportunity for everyone in the "Justice System" to make money.
