I love it too my & cook it maybe once a week. I told Biglook that I was talking to a lady from HI a while back & when I told her I loved tilapia she said..."You eat that"..."we think of that like eating goldfish"! lol
I guess what we get is farm raised. It's a good white fish. I cooked sole tonight....not my fav cuz it is too delicate!
