"..It certainly shows that he was trying to deceive the U.N., but it doesn't show that he actually had weapons in his possession at the time of the invasion, says Bill Harlow, a former CIA spokesman and an NBC News.."
Harlow was a CIA spokesman who left when Tenet did. Novak wasn't impressed with his accuracy.
So even if there weren't any WMD, which seems more and more unlikely given this new evidence, it is now absolutely clear that he had every intention of getting them again in the near future.
Why the Left decided to politicize the lack of WMDs when they knew full well that it was still an open question is beyond me. They completely committed to the attack that said Bush lied about WMD despite not being sure of the facts. Many of these libs are lawyers and for lawyers it is common knowledge that you don't ask questions of witnesses that you don't already know the answer to. Just plain dumb.
I mean, of course I'm kidding, but if there were TAPE of Saddam saying this, they'd deny it! LOL! OK, just kidding!
Oh, wait a minute...
One thing that can be hoped for is that there will be enough pressure to release, "35,000 boxes of documents recovered in Iraq after the U.S. invasion."
Mega BUMP
BTTT
I wonder if Saddam knows the wherebouts of one of his LT. Colonels a man named Nuri Salif Muhamed, who was arrested by members of the Interior Miniistry of Serbia in the village of Resen, near Bosilegrad.July 18-19, 98
