Why? Don't they have enough things to worry about? There is no item, no matter how trifling, that the bureaucrats in Brussels do not want to regulate.
The EU should have been a free rade and defense organization. Nothing more.

Because the EU has decreed that everyone must like the same things and everything must be uniform. EU bureaucrats don't like snus and don't want to have to use it.
