...I wonder if even ONE of those reporters has considered the VP himself during this "event"...

probably yes, but they are so full of hate that they are probably gleeful at Cheney's misery.

thanks for the ping, but I have had to limit my Fox viewing. The repeated photos of the beautiful baby with her smiling father (who is being extradited for her murder by gunshot) is just too awful to look at every 20 minutes.

No FoxNews "reporter" could have been better on this than Meagan Kendall.

She is excellent.

"check out the Cheney photo they chose for the Yahoo shooting "

I am LOL - LOL - LOL! If that isn't the most transparent, ridiculously worst picture of Cheney they could dig up. Do they think the American people are that stoopit not to see through that?

If this had happened to a democrat Vice President, the press would say "there was a tragic accident and we need to give him time to recover".

Another clip:

Cheney: He's a good mutual friend of both of us (Mrs. Armstrong).

Katherine suggested and I agreed that she would make the announcement. I thought that made good sense. She'd seen the whole thing and grewu p on the ranch and was the immediatee past head of the Texas Game Control and unacknowledged expert on this.

I think it was the right call to let Katherine Armstrong make the release to the press. I had no press people with me and was on a private ranch.

He looks heartbroken and his voice is VERY difficult to hear.

Let's see....

Cheney accidentally harmed someone in a routine hunting incident. He immediately got medical treatment for the injured person and reported the incident to local law enforcement authorities. He later reported the incident to the local press. So the NATIONAL press and the Democrats are now attacking Cheney for not IMMEDIATELY reporting the incident to them.

Kennedy drove off a bridge with a girl in his car under mysterious circumstances. He left her to suffocate to death, failing completely to either contact law enforcement or to call an ambulance. Nor did he contact either the local or national press. Instead, he spent several hours calling lawyers and political advisors. Kennedy is a hero to the Democrats and the National press.

Yeah, makes sense to me.

Talking head on FOXNEWS disagrees with Cheney's idea of allowing Ms. Armstrong to tell the press and said that she should have called Associated Press.

The only secrets he knows about me are where the food is kept, the fat Buddha. 90% stomach, 10% eyes (to find the food dish).

Oh, so he doesn't know your secret bean recipe? That's a relief. Otherwise he might try to sell it.

CNN reporting that reporters tried to get on Whittington's floor yesterday!

A good reason not to drag the press in on Saturday.
