Yes, I have no doubt that the CU campus will be full of some "interesting" characters.

Jenny and I will be prepared to deal with them. We FReeped at the State Capitol in Denver at the "Peace and Justice” rally last year and we were outnumbered, but we held our ground!

I'm beginning to believe that Islam is an army disguised as a religion.

It's both...it's a death cult, so war works out well as a form of worship.

[without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person...who receives the communications...shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.]

Nobody discloses their true identity on the Internet.

Liberals take that to mean someone trying to debate them after they say something treasonous. About a week ago a liberal at DailyKos made some sort of cryptic remark in an email exchange that I guess now must have been in reference to their new silencing law. The same thing is true in real life with liberal professors slapping restraining orders on students who try to debate them. These are silencer laws. Liberals can and will use them in the future if they aren't struck down in the courts.

That President Bush would sign this and the IMBA law on January 6th that now has American males filling out paperwork in order to chat with a foreign female on the Internet...shows that he is not the kind of conservative I am still happy to have in office.

I think Bush compromised on our rights big-time in order to buy the Democrats lack of filibuster on Alito.

If so...it better darned be because Bush expects Alito to strike down these Democrat sponsored laws ASAP.

I've got a website upon which I published the cartoons from Denmark (not all, but the few most succinct ones), along with a lot of links and comments.

I've seen an uptake in my webstats of visitors from certain known muslim areas along with the usual ramping up of known and virulent spammers but nothing to me from my host...

I'm no Michelle Malkin, I realize, but her rendition of the host telling her what they did seems strange. I've had death threat comments left on my website, which have been recorded well and one turned over to my local police department along with a helpful and lengthy conversation with the I.S.P. of use by the person who made the threat (usually a phone call to a security department of an I.S.P. with an explanation as to the threat URL, time it was written and from what I.P.A. [available in website stats] will accomplish a good deal because it brings to attention a problem that an I.S.P. has by a customer and in my experience, they do appreciate knowing about it before or in lieu of a criminal charge otherwise or later)...

But, it seems odd that Malkin reports her I.S.P. advises her of threats THEY'VE received (usually it's the other way around, that someone who has been threatened complains to an I.S.P. used to make the threat). These things ought to be given to local police, is my point...

I'm questioning some of her information. Not questioning that she's been the subject of threats and by whom, but that the I.S.P. would get involved with her like that, seems out of order.

Nothing happens if there's no police report about it. A website has to contact law enforcement and ask for their involvement. Then leave it up to them as to whether or not they can substantiate the threat and consider it "actionable."

Nothing happens if threats remain discussed among sites and I.S.P.s or wherever, unless and until a website contacts law enforcement.

Having received a death threat on a website of mine, I can tell you, it's a bad experience BUT IT SHOULD BE REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Funny how loud the Left is about it taking almost 24 hours for VP Cheney to inform the press of his hunting accident....

yet they didn't make a sound about why it took some 5 months for the Islamofascists to get their dander up about these cartoons. Talk about an obviously orchestrated 2 minutes of hate from these Orwellian totalitarians.

I noticed that, too. Total silence from the liberal media about the cartoon jihad. Not a peep, at least on broadcast media, and just basic "they're rioting in Pakistan" images and brief stories from the wire services, with deflecting subheadlines, like, "Good Things Today" with a story about a KFC being burned down by muslims in Pakistan.

Already has...

They've each received at least one e-mail outlining in excruciating detail what would happen to them if they showed up in my neighborhood trying any of that sh*t...

The dog feces and the pig's blood were perhaps the most humane part of the outline...

She will be here in Boulder with Dinesh S'Souza in early March at the University of Colorado. I was thinking the same thing regarding FReepers showing up at this event.

"I'm beginning to believe that Islam is an army disguised as a religion."

Analogous to communism: an army disguised as a political party.

Although no one agrees with me, I believe communism and this modern version of Islam that we are seeing both originated in the same place: Russia.
