"I don't know if you saw my other ping to you; C-Span isn't planning to air the Able Danger hearing today at 2:30."
It will be interesting to see what they considered more important and show ed instead...

The president is in Dublin, Ohio and FNC will carry that in 25 minutes, although they didn't say the president would address quailgate.

He should gone on Hardball and demonstrate using Chris as a stand-in for Whittington. "No, no Chris...closer...Whittington was closer... now, hold still."

He's going to express concern for Whittington, of course, and then he is going to accept responsibility because he was the one who pulled the trigger.

ROFL.
Did you see Dana Milbanks on with Chris two nights ago wearing hunting gear? He said "Well, we're reporting close to the VP's residence and so we can't be too careful."

It's the only way Cheney will get to tell his side of the story. You know darn well that if he had a press conference, it would just be a giant gotcha game. This way, he gets to say what he needs to say in a dignified manner.
I know has had better weeks, but he still knows what he's doing. I still feel more secure knowing he's in office.

Oh, probably that guy who is being extradicted from England or something equally earthshattering. This reminds me of the days before 9/11 when the media was obsessed with Chandra Levy.

Unless he is on vacation, he is always on Special Report Mon-Thurs and on Fox News Sunday. I always figured he took Friday off so that he could do the Sunday show.
Who knows.
To: Peach
Oh Great.
Now we get a whole day of media pundits making suggestions about what Cheney must say. Dollars to donuts, David Broder will be a busy man today with his half-assed wimpy advice.

Brit has been absent a lot in the 6:00 hour; I don't tend to watch when he's not there. And I like Cavuto too...a lot. He gives a fair interview.

Doing the interview on FOX with Brit is going to really get the WH press corp panties in a twist, not to mention it will make hillary even angrier.
