Not to doubt Boyington's admirable qualities but as a fiscal conservative, how much in tax dollars will this cost? As the University is receiving federal tax dollars, where is it located that we should be required to pay for statues. To anyone!!

Now mind you, if private funds are used to pay for this, I have no problem with it. I would even think it would be a good idea. But tax dollars? No.

If that is the case, then they need a policy of NO statues. Not on "merit based appeals" that are refused for racist and antiAmerican reasons.
