True. But a regular person would probably NOT be charged with murder. Investigated for manslaughter, perhaps. But not murder.
I am not upset with you at all. I just think we have to be careful about how we use terms like murder, manslaughter, homicide, lie, mistake, etc.
If we don't, we devalue the language, not to mention intent.

I think, thats what folks were waiting to hear.
He owed that that to his country, NOT just his party...and not 4 days later.
It is very good, that he offered himself up.
