It's happened. I know someone who was DRUNK and ran across a busy street and got killed and the driver was up on charges. I know a man who was driving his wife somewhere and got into an accident. His wife was killed. He faced manslaughter charges. Is it right? No. It DOES happen though. My main concern was that Cheney not having a lisence but the smoking gun put that rumor to rest. Here's the link http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/0213061cheney1.html
The more I hear about this story, the crazier I think it is that this is such a big deal. The latest were Hillary's comments. I find it comical that Hillary could point the finger at ANYONE who is under an investigation with all the stuff she is involved in.

I won't rule out Ronnie Earl getting transferred to that district but I don't think this will go anywhere on this story. Thinking outside the box, if they tried to charge Cheney with an accident they would have to also prove that the ammo wasn't malfunction, example; too much powder, packed correctly, etc.. Cheney did have a license, like I do, but didn't have the new inland bird stamp, like I don't, but he didn't know, like I didn't know because it is new. OOOPs, I think, I broke the law.
