However, as for the death watch thing, I agree to a point.
If he died ( dies) within 72 hours ( or so ) of the initial accident, Then yes, A murder charge is warranted. If it can be attributed to the initial injury.
However, In a case of nature taking it's course, This is a 78 year old man.
There is is only so long one can hold a grudge. Then it is sheer mother nature.

I certainly hope that you never accidentally kill someone. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. MURDER is intentional. Manslaughter is clear and compelling negligence. This was an accident.
This is the same dumbing down that has occurred with blurring the lines between lying and being mistaken. I am so stunned by that statement that I don't quite know how to react.
