texas law provides that cases of negligence (alledged) occurring on private property, are above legal scrutiny?
Thus far, the only illegalities is the fact that both men neglected to get some sort of a hunting stamp. It's late, I can't recall the exact document/permit/stamp. I think it cost $7.00.
