Its his form 180 he promised to sign but hasnt. He only said he signed it, he never said he submitted it.
After signing it he put it right into the shredder.

I wish he'd run, too. He's very popular here in Florida, with all sorts of people. He has a very easy, comfortable public speaking manner but is very hard driving and has accomplished many, many things here. (He would have done more if the Dem-dominated courts hadn't been so opposed to him, of course.) One of my all-time ballistic episodes occured when the FSC overturned the voucher bill. They just STROKED the NEA!
