I don't understand how the government can make a private bussiness stock a product it doesn't want to.

Walmart also sells music CD's. They should be required to stock all CD's ever put out by Michael Jackson the pedophile.(sarcasm off)

State Government, imposing its law on retailers in the state. I don't have a problem with this, if liberal Mass requires them to stock a drug, they should. Likewise, if Nebraska forbids it, it shouldn't.

The same way it can make a business pay employees a state mandated minimum wage, limit the number of hours an employee can work,require employers to buy workers compensation insurance.
