"Would it be steel or lead shot?"

Isn't lead shot illegal for some idiotic reason to do with the environmental.

It's banned for use in hunting waterfowl. Apparently, it's OK for quail (and lawyers).
A new study suggests that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's 1991 nationwide ban on the use of lead shot for waterfowl hunting has had remarkable success...

Yes, that's part of the reason I asked the question. If the MSM couldn't get Cheney on the shooting accident they would go after him for damaging the environmental wildlife.( a degree of sarcasm)

The case revolves around the study that lead is eaten by foraging wildlife and blah blah blah.
