I realize this is being reported by the dread and evil MSM, but according to the AP, the elderly gentlemen has some buckshot lodged in his heart......which would cause a heart attack I'd think.

For pete's sake! It is not buckshot. It is small shot, #7 1/2, I believe. 2mm in size. Buckshot is another matter altogether. Had he been hit with any size of buckshot, he'd be in serious trouble.
