Nonsense I have one close friend and two acquaintances who have gone offshore for wives. All of them have been very happily married for several years.

How is the Internet introduction services any different than lets say... a Christian matchmaking service?

You have been watching too many of the A&E specials, and that is not real life. I saw one of those 7 years ago, and laughed until one of my clients came into my office with his Russian wife. I was so impressed I started searching. I spent over a year looking for just the right lady, one with a great heart. I found a child psychologist and educator, and we were married 5 years ago. Things have been wonderful, and I wouldn't trade my wife for anyone.

You have no way of knowing that this law addresses slave trade...not everyone talking to foreign women is a monster./

New prospective Foreign Brides are interviewed extensively and shown the prospective grooms background report prior to a visa being given.

So these women are being protected on the back end anyways.....sheesh
