Does anyone else see this big picture as a larger version of "battered wife syndrome"?

They attack us and we (libs, MSM etc...) are led to believe that we are to blame. That we brought it on ourselves. That if we were only just a little nicer they would stop.

But, like abusive husbands, they will not stop by choice regardless of the steps taken by the battered wife.

They can only be made to or forced to stop.

Many battered wives don't necessarily believe this. In many cases the beatings continue until the point where death is imminent. At that moment I can only imagine the battered woman lying half dead thinking "I should have done something"
