Richard Riordan and his wife, Nancy Daly Riordan......Robert and Elizabeth Lowe and Warren Hellman...If some tenacious, enterprising journalist were to go digging I bet he would find a huge financial windfall for these people by the passage of this preschool bill.
I don't know what it is but as sure as Hillary has cankles there's a profit motive somewhere in there.
