It's been posted a number of times by others,also.The mods have been great about letting the duplicates stay up.More folks will see it that way.

When I first posted the letter I pinged the mods about it.The response was;"This deserves a rerun".Good for them,the mods catch flack sometimes,but they deserve credit when it's due.
