Maybe I'm using the wrong type of circular needles. I have the type which the needles can be changed. I have a 12 inch, 16 inch and a large one, maybe 27 inch. I have lots of points to interchange. I just find my hands aren't comfy using circular needles. I love wooden dp needles, and have pretty much given up on the long needles, they're too cumbersome. Plus, knitting is so much easier than purling. I have to watch when purling.
>>>I was afraid the yarn would catch on the spot where the needles connect.
I haven't had that trouble. There's a little 'wrench' that comes with it to keep it real tight. I end up transfering my work to dp after a while though. I'll keep on trying, maybe one of these days I'll have the right pattern and everything will click. Or, maybe it's just my knitting style.
If you have a knitting ping list would you please add me to it?
Be happy to. I usually ping them on the weekend, unless I see a thread like this that's interesting.
Please add me as well, fellow INFJ!
Gotcha!
