Does anyone know how far the man was from Cheney was from this man, Wittington? If he failed to follow the agreed plan for picking up the birds, it seems he insinuated himself into a shooting range and Cheney did not know the man was there and could not have known where he was located.

Abrams and Matthews showed their ignorance concerning quail hunting today. These bastards were despicable. That Cheney didn't apparently have a valid upland bird license....well, Cheney screwed up.
