As Hamilton argued the Federalist #78 the federal judiciary will be the 'least dangerous' political branch under the Constitution because it has neither 'purse' nor 'sword.'

Unfortunately, that is no longer true. As the executive and legislative branches have effectively bowed before the court and declared absolute obedience to it, the courts now do have both purse and sword with their control.
