TEHRAN The second round of nuclear talks between Iran and Russia concerning a joint uranium enrichment project has been canceled, an informed source told the Mehr News Agency on Sunday.
Iran and Russia were scheduled to sit for a second round of negotiations on February 16 in Moscow regarding Moscows proposal to enrich Irans uranium on Russian soil.
In the first round of talks, held in early January, Tehran insisted on its legal right to enrichment on Iranian soil.

We need to go in and destroy Natanz and the other facilities before they enrich enough uranium to build a bomb. They have everything else.

The Russian plan would not stop Iran from building nukes any more than Clinton's reactors stopped North Korea from buidling theirs.
