Actually, the way FR works now, all you have to do is highlight the article, copy it, and paste it in the posting box.

Am I right in thinking that doing this would get the basic paragraph markings (assuming nothing you cut and paste looked like html code), but that it would miss any fancier formatting, active links, images, ...?
I continue to enjoy doing:
- highlight the portion of the web page you want to post (the article itself)
- right click menu - View Selection Source [requires FireFox]
- Control-C to copy from the selection source that comes up
- Control-V to paste in the posting box.
Often with little or no fixup, that presents the best looking postings. The most common fixup is to convert relative URL's to full URL's, so that links and images work.
Granted ... I'm just showing off my elite geek skills.
Any posting method that preserves paragraph markings beats any posting method that doesn't, hands down.
