I believe the cops would arrest me if I was on the street with a bag of powdered sugar saying it was cocaine...I don't look 12...I can act like it...
As a dad of a couple of former 12 year old boys I could see them acting like idiots with their friends. That doesn't equal a felony and two weeks suspension though.
