"Can't imagine having to sit through one of her cheerleader sessions."

True as that is, and as much as I'm not a Coulter fanatic OR a Bushbot, it is nice to have someone on the national media scene that is a conservative cheerleader. She is perfect for those purposes because she is usually on message for conservatives during the time allotted, not simply the GOP. Can you name another who gets as much regular exposure and can handle a Carville? Maybe Michelle Malkin--but she's not as good on TV, either, because she is less aggressive.

That's the problem. Not as well known, no I can't. You make an excellent point. However when the message you're trying to get across is made by simplistic points that sound more nationalistic than patriotic on foreign affairs and more partisan than conservative on domestic affairs, in the long run I don't see exactly how that can help the conservative cause. All you've created is an army of blind that pull down the R lever without thinking. As if they're voting more against the Democrats than voting for the Republicans.

Exactly.

We need all kinds of conservative commentators to carry the message.

We have plenty of boring, responsible, bow-tie George Will types. Ann is the perfect complement to that.

Aggressive, funny, bold. And occasionally Over the top, but you're aggressive - that will happen.
