It garbage journalism. They are a SHIPPING Company. They have NOTHING to do with port security. This is like someone buying UPS. It has NOTHING to do with security.

The thing I think you may be missing is this is a lease, they will own nothing American. This is an issue that needs a lot of research and FR has details.
