One of the reasons the "posties" focus on Hispanic issues in the DC area as one of "Salvadoran Gangsters" might have to do with the number of their employees who've been held up at gunpoint in the parking lot there at there Springfield VA printing plant.

It's not like there aren't "Salvadoran Gangsters".

Now, about the other Hispanics? As long as people are getting robbed on the premises, it's unlikely the "posties" are going to shift their focus.

I think it's in their pressman's union contract to worry about this stuff.

Anyone have a link to a chart of the Washington Post's stock price?

This same person felt offended during the recent coverage of the Pope’s death, when some of her colleagues, she said, were mocking the Pope. 'I was [too] intimidated to complain, even since my editor was part of it, so I got up and left. Faith is derided.'"

They're lucky, it's not Islam that they're mocking. otherwise, we won't have WaPo any longer.

"Two of every three black, Asian, and Latino members of the staff left the newsroom within the past 10 years, and exodus that has greatly undermined the newspaper’s diversity goals and more importantly, the paper’s ability to cover our rapidly changing metro area. As the Washington region exploded in size and ethnic diversity, the ethnic makeup of the newsroom remained virtually the same – nearly 80 percent white."

Of course, if you're "of color" (I can't stand that term) journalist who gets a job there, you see what you're dealing with and you get out as soon as you can get a better job.

Great resume stuffer.

Ask yourselves what it would be like to work in an environment like the WashPost. To spend your entire work week dealing with this kind of crap!

No wonder the left is loony. This fabled Search For Diversity -- while assiduously excluding one particular mindset -- would drive anybody bonkers...

Bah, what an ugly and unrewarding life they must lead!

And that is why we should all subscribe to the Washington Times.

Oh, my...you'd think they'd have learned from the "poor, uneducated and easy to command" thing, and they didn't. And that was thirteen years ago.

Reporters think minorities are more sensitive and knowledgeable in reporting on minorities, but the Post doesn't think that they should hire conservatives to be more sensitive and knowledgeable in reporting on conservatives.

"Each year the Washington Post spends about $100,000 recruiting talented journalists of color...

To get our voice heard we need to dye our skin purple? Then they would respect our viewpoint? Somethings wrong with this picture...
