I actually heard the "open" mic comments.

I'll let you in on a little secret. I think it was a Rovian plot to leave the microphone on. It was wonderful, and I'm sure the American people enjoyed the comments. Especially when the President was just the same man he always is. President Bush is certainly no Slick Willie. And for that I say: Thank God!!

I thought the same thing when they showed it on Fox yesterday. You could see that they found it amusing also.

I do think he was a little more succinct when he spoke about the NSA flap.
