Sen. Russell Feingold, D-Wis., threatened a filibuster.

What a Senator....clearly he will do anything to get traction for his 2008 run for the Presidency.

Just leave it in a pending status. Congress can vote on it AFTER the next attack. It's not a pressing issue right now. (/S/)

So they made 3 completely meaningless changes and the Senate caved. What a bunch of losers. All this grandstanding by the Senate about NOTHING. And these losers what MORE say in the WOT?
