Many times here #1 and #2 are combined, what we see a lot of near the border is illegal woman appears at hospital in advanced labor to have her anchor baby. Usually she has no medical record, and has had no prenatal care. A total mystery patient for the Dr. to deal with. In the event anything goes wrong; there is a lawyer ready to sue the Dr. and the hospital.
The medical care itself is not the only cost, there are plenty of ambulance chasing lawyers that encourage illegals to sue, sue, sue. It is well known that even a frivolous suit will be settled for some amount of money. Among the illegals lawsuits are known as the American lottery.

An investigative reporter needs to get moving on this one and a lot of other hospitals and find out the facts -- How many millions are being lost due to medical care use by illegals without pay? Great story idea...
