The US is only about 3% of the electorate away from turning into Europe.

Europe should have listened to the Pope. But then again so should we. Demographics rule.

This is scary and heartbreaking. Europe is beautiful. I spent the better part of eight years there. I agree totally with the writer, Europe is in the process of happily committing cultural suicide. They brought it on themselves.

I think many of us have seen this coming for a while now. The world that we know of is dying and is being taken over by the evils of Islam. All while the Left in America continues to abort itself to make way for the Muslim masses who are silently moving in, reproducing, recruiting, and furthering in their global jihad. Americas only hope is to outlaw all abortions, shun and expose brokeback mountain behavior for what it is, welcome immigrants from non-muslim countries, ban all immigrants from Muslim countries and start cracking down on their secret agendas. Much blood will be shed in the coming years, the question that remains is whose blood with it be.

Or, perhaps the remnants of Christian Europe will be subjected to the fate of Afghanistan's Buddhist statues, demolished by the Taliban regime.

Judging from the way these dim bulbs rioted over a little cartoon, I would say this is the more likely outcome.

It is Europe's own fault for letting them in.

I will also be our own fault for not running them out.

The continent is in a demographic tailspin. Population replacement – maintaining current population – requires a fertility rate of 2.1 (the number of children the average woman has in her lifetime). Italy's fertility rate is 1.24, the Czech republic's is 1.18 and Spain's is 1.15.

Europe is rapidly aborting itself into extinction.

The US has a fertility rate of 2.07 (replacement rate). There are however vast differences between Republican red states and democrat blue states. Bush captured 25 of the 26 most fertile US states, while the cadaverous looking Kerry captured all 16 of the least fertile US states.

The democrats are just as busy aborting themselves into extinction, as their socialist European counterparts. I don't particularly care about the disappearance of socialists, except that (in Europe) the native population is being very quickly replaced by muslims.

Another view of the same data: All the white colored regions have rapidly declining native populations.

I don't want to get into an argument but there is something to be said for my situation. I'm old, not healthy (heart disease), and I never had any children (by choice...that's the part which could elicit an argument).

Therefore, while I deplore the situation that is happening in Europe and which may well happen to my beloved country in the not-too-distant future, my situation is not that bad. I am coming to the end of my life and won't see the gradual end of America as I knew it, and I leave no progeny who will be hit with the full force of the loss of our great culture.

Gutless Europeans the dumb bastards. Let them die. Since they don't want to defend their culture. They are not having children, embrace preversion and hate Heterosexuals let them die. I refuse to let my sons or Grandsons fight to defend Europe. Their Great Uncles and Grandfather fought the Nazis two died in Europe. The ungrateful bastards have lived under our protection ever since. Now they are being over run by the Savages of the Religion of Peace and will not fight to defend their culture. LET THEM DIE.

I really do not understand your post 11. Slow on the uptake, I guess.

I like Don Feder. Succinct, to the point, makes total sense.

Re my post 14, I think I now understand what you mean. I looked at your home page and it seems that you at one time lived in Europe and are now in the USA. So, you're saying you're not escaping the onslaught of the Islamic forces, i.e., they're coming here eventually. OK. Now up to speed. I think.

Your kid might have been the next Ronald Reagan. Except, you didn't have him. Couldn't be bothered, I suppose. Thanks again.

That too, but (not knowing your situation), it seems that on one hand you are content with not worrying about the future that awaits our (yours) offsprings, while not taking care of making sure that we at least replace ourselves with at least two offsprings. We tried to change the balance, but lost three out of five. Proud of them and something to live for and see them to continue the defense of this last bastion of freedom and land of opportunity.
God Bless!

As I had earlier noted, I don't want to get into any arguments (or even discussion) of the childlessness issue. Just let it be said that it had nothing to do with the "couldn't be bothered" matter. You might be surprised to learn the very good reasons why people choose to forego parenthood.
