I should have added a sarcasm identifier. Yes, they will steal everything they can get their hands on and have been doing so for fifty years. If we cut the money off, they might have to learn how to grow enough food to feed themselves and occupy their time with something besides rock throwing and marching in demonstrations with ski masks.
They still refer to cities and towns in the West Bank and Gaza as "refugee camps". They will continue to live off the good will of civilized society until we make some drastic changes. If it were up to me, I would send them nothing but seed and hand implements....if our ancestors did it, they can too.
