I guess Clintoon really was "effectively absolved" for lying to the American people - after all, Nixon did too, right?

Not the same at all, because lying to the American people definitely was an injustice to the American people. Once again, if you make a mutual promise with someone that both of you depend on, and the other guy breaks it, you still consider yourself obligated to him?

Oh, whereas lying to the sixth district in Colorado isn't an injustice to them, since they're not Americans or something. Got it. And if you think that the American people weren't ready to forgive Clintoon, you're delusional - still doesn't make it right, though.

Show me where that happened to Lil' Tommy. Who did he make a mutual promise with? Do you imagine that, sometime in the early '90's, Marty Meehan made a mutual promise with Tom Tancredo, private citizen, that Marty would abide by term limits, and Tom Tancredo, private citizen, would also abide by term limits if he someday got elected?
