It is the other way around. Tancredo, his 91-member house immigration reform caucus (87 republicans and 4 democrats) and like-minded members in the more conservative house of representatives are stopping Bush's amnesty plan.
That's fine.
That's great.
Still doesn't make Tancredo a viable Presidential candidate, which is STILL the crux of my arguement.
He is still UNELECTABLE.
