Is JD the one who was caught in the Abramoff mess? I think so, but I honestly can't remember. I remember looking up his district and being surprised, because two of the others who got a lot of money from Abramoff were Senators with huge Indian populations and then there was Ney and Reid and an AZ Congressman who had no reservations in his district. Is he the guy?
He is, but has been forthcoming in discussing this. I like JD (much more than Reid) and hopefully he has good recordkeeping on the matter.
